Hello, Backers!
This is James Lee! I wish you a joyous and prosperous new year! 2020 was tough for everyone: restaurant owners, teachers, police, barbers, and physical product makers like us. We were affected most severely by the sudden increase in shipping fees and delivery sur-charges. It was just super tough!
In this cold winter, I am still using my Dullo Plus and ice pouches. Somehow someway, I sleep pretty hot; occasionally waking up with night sweating. So any cooling comfort, I will take it!
In the same regard, in the last month of 2020, despite all the difficulties, we successfully put together a new project- Dullo WaveTex Pillowcase. It's my purpose and mission to help you create the perfect sleep environment. That's why I made pillows after pillows ... and finally WaveTex Pillowcase! Who knows, I make a pillow with it, one day.
If you ask me what's the biggest factor (Noise? meds? stress-level? temperature? humidity?), I will always say "SLEEP TEMPERATURE!"
In Medicine, there is the phrase, "Head Cool, Feet Warm."
HEAD COOL - When you think a lot or put under stress, your head becomes hot, causing hair loss, acne, and breakouts in the head, too. This happens due to an increase in blood circulation for more brain activity- thinking, creating, worrying. Therefore, cooling is super important!
FEET WARM - Feet do have a big impact on body temperature, and more so in sleep. The feet are ideally suited to helping us keep a stable body temperature, for a few reasons. They - like the hands - have a large surface area as well as specialized blood vessels which can be opened up to pass high volumes of blood through them and therefore offload heat quickly when required. It's a temperature regulator!
Therefore, sleep cool at night; especially in the head can help you relax. :) I truly wish could try WaveTex. It's one of the most innovative Textiles that's ever created. Our project is still not funded, yet! We need your help. Please help us funded by sharing and making pledges! FYI,

Here is why... Some of the previous backers have always spoken to us about optimal sleep temperature. I sleep hot, too. If the room temperature is too hot or humid, the night is often ruined. My wife, especially, with hot flashes, menopause, and whatnot, is even more conscious than me. So I had to invent WaveTex to provide the natural cooling effect from the raw material, itself, the premium cotton (100%).

November+December Update - One More Thing... like Apple

Hello, Backers!
We are still sending off Dullo Plus Pillows wherever that's possible. I am sure backers from Asia, Canada, AU have got them recently. 674 have been dispatched from our warehouse. 131 to be shipped soon. Those countries are mostly European and to be listed here: IT, DK, ES, FR, BR, NO, AT, DK, SE, IN, KW, RE, FI, PL, GR, CZ, LG, BG, etc. 80 of Backers still have not filled out the survey so, click here for that! If you are not one of those countries, and still have not received an item, that's because of the shipping crisis due to the third wave of COVID-19. But the time will only tell when the delivery issue is solved! All my fingers are crossed to be delivered on time!
Why are we doing the Kickstarter? Why do we have to deliver these Dullo Plus Pillow in these tough times? It's because You guys have put so much trust in us; especially, the backers from the Dullo Campaign- our very first. We may be delayed, but won't dismiss or ignore your support from early on. We call ourselves a pillow exert. We will do everything to live up to that name!
ONE MORE THING ... like Apple. Apple does this when they invent something amazing that may shake up the industry. Maybe we have that too this time around... Let me explain!
A Sneak Peak... Maybe More
During this pandemic, we did not stop inventing. Simply, because that's who we are. We make pillows.I have been sweating at the warehouse in the morning; and sweating at the factory and design house to make the perfect fabric for the pillow, pillowcases, and beddings (sheets, covers, and all).
After so many trial and error, I and my team successfully come up with something amazing... We call it WaveTex and we made a pillowcase with it. Why?
because it's one single thing that touches our faces for 8+ hours a day. It should be the first one to be revolutionized.
because it's tiny, we can ship worldwide with ease. (not like big pillows...) We have to adapt to New-Normal, too.

October Update - a good news for Canadians & Australians

Hello, Backers,
Here's a monthly update for October. We see that some of you have already received the pillows. I hope you enjoy them dearly.
This month, Korean postal services just opened up borders for some countries: Canada & Australia. As we promised, we are shipping the orders to those countries this week. It will be as early as Tuesday or Wednesday.
We have hundreds of pillows, sitting in the warehouse. Such a waste of an opportunity cost... Hate to blame national postal services, destroyed by Covid-19. We are still actively looking for a way to ship them as fast as we can. We will keep you updated on the shipment schedule very closely. Thanks for the continued support! (and your patience)
P.S.
Some of our neighbors were recently affected by floods, so we hand-delivered Dullo Pillows to them last month- September. We believe in helping the less fortunate, especially in tough times like this. Here is a humble picture of that.
