Clearing things up about the recent shipments...

Hey Backers,
Just thought we would send out our monthly update letting everyone know that manufacturing is well underway and we are on track to deliver your rewards mid to end of September. Indeed, we shipped all US backers out of South Korea.
The last update (a rather quick one) stirred up some emotions and Love to answer one by one:
- Why the USA as the first nation to ship out Dullo Plus Pillow?

Production: Do we have enough shipments ready for the rest of the world?
- What's the timeline for the rest of the world?
1. Why USA? Unfortunately, the USA starts to have a bit of a problem with postal services this month. It's all over the media in Korea, too. We wanted to minimize the risk of imminent labor strikes or other unexpectable complications. We decided to rip the band-aid as quickly as possible. The next day, we exported the whole US list, and ship them all out by Korean Postal Services. It took us about two days to do so.
2. Production? As you have seen in the pictures of our warehouse, factory, and trucks loaded with the boxes, we absolutely have no problem in production. Indeed, we have almost finished up and added the last touch last weekend. That's good news, right?
3. Shipping for EU, ASIA, and other countries? Due to COVID-19, the number of commercial flights (with passengers) decreased significantly. Even Virgin Airlines and Hertz went bankrupt. These passenger flights are very important. Postal services buy and stow the remaining cargo spaces of these passenger flights; in return, offer affordable postage for small businesses like us for international shipping.
Korean postal services have a great advantage as #ICN airport serves as the international hub (many flights transfer here). Each month, they announce with an updated list for international shipments. We hope to see some borders opening up in the next few months as the COVID-19 pandemic calms down. We will be shipping each and every pillow to you as soon as your countries open up. If you have any connections and advice, please let us know. We will keep you updated on this very closely.

Due to unexpected COVID-19 we are going through manufacturing and delivery problem.
We have now started sending out pillow to US backers and will send to other countries gradually.
We wish that the Dullo Plus Pillow will give you comfort beyond your expectations.

Our shipping date is coming close. We want you to experience the C-O-O-L pillow right now and then :) We opened up the BackerKit survey and we see that about 751 backers have participated already. Hello, Dullo Plus Backers!
In the last update, we have shared our beloved, newly-built warehouse/factory. Today we would like to share 2 awesome stories.
1. SHIPPING SCHEDULES: Our production for Dullo Plus is fully active. We have shipped a small 20FT container to Japan a few days ago. A 40FT Container will be going out soon for Kickstarter orders, specifically for the USA. Here is our very first container, leaving our warehouse. I love to share the moment with you.
2. BACKERKIT: Our survey is on-the-way. We are under the final approval process. Some may start to receive the surveys within 24-48 hrs. They apparently call this process the "Smoke Test"- pre-launching of the BackerKit Surveys. Monday is the Backerkit's target day for propagation. YAY!
I.G.) What is a Smoke Test?
- A smoke test sends surveys to 5% of backers from each pledge level in your campaign.
- It’s a simple way to catch any errors in your survey and make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Once your smoke test has been completed, you can send surveys to the rest of your backers.
