Hello Backers,

Sorrrrrrrrry for the late update. We are currently being in a short delay of shipping/delivery but it's worthy of a wait. Coronavirus shuts down all the flights and postal services to 100s of nations. So we had to wait until borders start to open up. We will start shipping one country by one country as their borders open up. We will give you a weekly or bi-weekly update on shipping progress. 

For the backers in the USA, we are building a shipping cargo, leaving in 2 weeks. The shipping cargo will arrive in Long Beach, CA, USA to be sorted out to individual backers.  Surveys will be out soon. We are waiting for the final approval from the BackerKit team :) So please be patient. The wait is almost over.

Hello, Backers & Friends,

How are you doing in these crazy times? I hope you're fine and enjoy great times with family. I am personally doing a lot of Facetime to feel connected with members of family. Great time to check on each other. These days, all we hear on the news is very negative, but today, we are going to deliver some good news. 

Despite the COVID-19 craziness, we will be seeing no delays in shipping/manufacturing. It's simply because we have build our own facilities. Here's the game plan for May:

• Next week, we will start sending BackerKit surveys to collect shipping address. Please check your inbox sometime next week. We will make another update for a reminder.
• After about 1-2 weeks of gathering shipping information....
• We will start mass-producing Dullo Plus pillows
• Between late May and early June, we will be start loading a 40FT HQ shipping containers. This will be for the United States. 
• EU shipments will be out to Ireland; still negotiating the terms with the 3PL company. Things are slow with COVID-19. Not enough ships going in and out.
• All other regions like Asia, Middle East, will get their pillows by Mid June or Late June.

So how does that sound so far? We really want you to try the coolest cooling pillow before the summer hits. It will be a great addition to your bedding!

Hello, Backers!

It's been a monumental campaign for us. The absolute truth is that we truly have been blown away and are humbled by the incredible response and support from our backer community! It was grateful that 891 people pledged for better sleep. In our case, CLEAN & COOL! 

This launch marks an important moment in the history of Cotton Shower Pillow & Dullo Brand.

Perhaps the most important moment since we began... truly! It's been 2 years since that day and with your help, that little idea has grown into a global movement. We can't understate the gratitude we feel for those of you who joined us at the beginning, as much as for those of you who have joined us along the way. And for those of you who are joining our story now, welcome to our community - we are glad to have you on board. Let's improve our sleep!

In the meantime, we will be moving our campaign to "Indiegogo," continuing our journey there.

One backer has asked us, "Would COVID-19 affect the production? "

The answer is simply no. A good question, though. Our product has nothing to do with China. It’s 100% South Korean. We take the integrity of the product very seriously. All employees must wear N95 masks and have antibacterial wipes in their pockets at all times. We don’t even have shortness in supplies. Every item will be hygienically made and delivered to you on time. 

In terms of production schedule, you will see no delays in that either. :) As you may have seen in the media, Korea is setting up the standard protocols for the world. We have more recoveries than confirmed cases.

We are in trouble with the CoronaVirus (COVID-19). We are canceling sports events, meetings, conferences, flights, stock markets, international trades, and many more. We wish you the best... truly! We, CottonShower, started with a mission of "providing the world with the most hygienic way to sleep" as suggested in a brand name. The Adjustable Cooling Pillow (DULLO PLUS) Is Designed for Neck Relief No Matter How You Sleep! Today, we are going to talk about the below topics in little more detail on Cooling Features of Dullo Plus! We are just here to end the unpleasant experience of trying to fall asleep in the heat. Building a great pillow is not so easy. We need to choose materials very carefully because it's something that you put your face on 8 hours a day.

• 1. Cooling Pillow Cover: Certified & tested in the lab, 100% Premium Cotton provides extreme ventilation. We will tell you why we chose it as the main fabric. Some companies use bamboo fabric. We considered bamboo, too. But we found something very sketchy about that. Unless they are 100% bamboo (which is kinda impossible), cotton & bamboo are impossible to blend evenly. Instead, the bamboo fabric gets clustered here and there on the fabric. AHA! Ephiphany... We asked ourselves, "then, what's the point of using so-called bamboo fabric?" (shhh... marketing gimmick!)
• 2. Cooling Pillow Filling: Certified & tested again, silicon-coated microfibers provide both extreme ventilation and hygienic benefits. Compared to cotton pillow filling, each and every fiber is shorter, thinner, and resistant to water. It means more room for breathability while providing the ability to clean the pillow inside out.
